Client Service Executive

 We are looking an experienced Client Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing client relationships and delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Understanding client goals and objectives, and translating them into actionable plans for the agency team.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the agency, effectively communicating project updates and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of client accounts, including project management, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Developing and presenting proposals, status reports, and other presentations to clients.
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues, and proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to bring new ideas and strategies to clients.
  • Building a deep understanding of each client's business and industry to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency by continuously seeking out new business opportunities.

 Requirements:

  • 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform decision-making
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong skills in English and Arabic
